More Bad Poll Numbers For President Biden

A new poll reveals that only four states have a higher approval rating for Joe Biden than disapproval – Hawaii, Vermont, Massachusetts and Maryland. None of those states, however, reach the 50% approval threshold  

Daily Mail: Is this Biden's worst poll YET? Joe's approval is below 43% in FORTY-SIX states, is in the 30s in swing states Arizona, Florida and Georgia, is only 23% with independents and 16% in Joe Manchin's West Virginia 

* A new poll reveals that only four states have a higher approval rating for Joe Biden than disapproval – Hawaii, Vermont, Massachusetts and Maryland 

* None of those four states reach the 50% approval threshold * Overall, the poll shows Biden's approval at 34% to 57% disapproval 

* The state with the worst results for Biden is Democratic Senator Joe Manchin's state of West Virginia where the president has 16% approval and 79% disapproval 

* Five swing states that went blue in 2020 have approvals for Biden in the low 30s 

* No age range, education level or gender has a higher approval than disapproval 

Joe Biden continues to show dismal favorability across the country with only four states giving him a higher approval than disapproval score and key swing states' approval averaging in the low 30s. 

The president's approval rating nationally sits around 40 percent, according to several tracking averages, but a new CIVIQS poll showed it sitting at 34 percent from the 165,786 respondents surveyed. 

His disapproval is at 57 percent and 9 percent neither approve nor disapprove in the dire poll results revealed on the day new data showed wholesale inflation surged by 9.7 percent last month.

US-built first Saudi MMSC frigate HMS Saud launched at Fincantieri’s shipyard

According to information published by the Saudi Ministry of Defense on December 18, 2025, the first Multi-Mission Surface Combatant frigate constructed in the United States for the Royal Saudi Navy has been officially launched at Fincantieri Marinette Marine’s shipyard in Marinette, Wisconsin. The ship, designated HMS Saud with pennant number 820 and also known as Jalalat Al-Malik Saud in honor of King Saud, is the lead vessel in a four-ship program ordered under Project Tuwaiq through the U.S. Foreign Military Sales framework, a deal that defense officials have repeatedly described as a cornerstone of bilateral naval cooperation. Hellfire and JAGM Missiles Confirm Their Key Role in US Strike Power with New Contract

According to an announcement from the United States Department of Defense, Lockheed Martin has received a contract modification valued at $720 million for the fourth year of production of the Hellfire and Joint Air-to-Ground Missile (JAGM) systems. This award brings the total value of the agreement to approximately $1.49 billion. Work will be carried out at the company’s facilities in Ocala, Florida, with completion expected by September 30, 2028. The program is managed by the Army Contracting Command at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, and is funded through the fiscal year 2025 missile procurement budget.
