* It is the first time the US has said Russia will invade. 'I'm convinced he's made the decision,' said Biden 

* Biden spoke at the White House after officials said Russia's invasion playbook was starting to play out 

* Pro-Russian rebels accused Ukrainian forces of blowing up a gas pipeline hours after a car bomb hit Donetsk 

* The moves could be part of a false-flag operation designed to act as pretext for a Russian invasion 

* A jeep belonging to the head of Donbass security exploded neat the HQ of Donetsk separatist government 

* It came just an hour after separatist leaders ordered civilian evacuation due to threat of 'Ukrainian invasion' 

* Kiev 'categorically' denied such plans, raising fears it is a Russian disinformation plot to justify an invasion 

* Earlier, officials said they believed Russia had a list of Ukrainian politicians, prominent officials and dissidents 

President Joe Biden for the first time on Friday said he believed President Vladimir Putin had made up his mind to invade Ukraine. 

He delivered his verdict at the end of an intense week of diplomacy and amid reports of explosions in territory held by pro-Russian separatists which officials believe could be false-flag attacks and a precursor to an invasion. 

After delivering an update on the crisis, Biden was asked if Putin had made up his mind.
