President Biden Is ‘Convinced’ Putin Has Decided To Invade Ukraine

Daily Mail: Biden says Putin WILL invade within days as Russian battle unit arrives minutes from border: Massive blast 'rips through gas pipeline' near Russian separatist city in eastern Ukraine after 'false flag' car bomb and mass evacuation of 700,000 Russian civilians

* Biden on Friday declared that Putin had made up his mind to invade Ukraine and it could be launched in days

* It is the first time the US has said Russia will invade. 'I'm convinced he's made the decision,' said Biden

* Biden spoke at the White House after officials said Russia's invasion playbook was starting to play out

* Pro-Russian rebels accused Ukrainian forces of blowing up a gas pipeline hours after a car bomb hit Donetsk

* The moves could be part of a false-flag operation designed to act as pretext for a Russian invasion

* A jeep belonging to the head of Donbass security exploded neat the HQ of Donetsk separatist government

* It came just an hour after separatist leaders ordered civilian evacuation due to threat of 'Ukrainian invasion'

* Kiev 'categorically' denied such plans, raising fears it is a Russian disinformation plot to justify an invasion

* Earlier, officials said they believed Russia had a list of Ukrainian politicians, prominent officials and dissidents

President Joe Biden for the first time on Friday said he believed President Vladimir Putin had made up his mind to invade Ukraine.

He delivered his verdict at the end of an intense week of diplomacy and amid reports of explosions in territory held by pro-Russian separatists which officials believe could be false-flag attacks and a precursor to an invasion.

After delivering an update on the crisis, Biden was asked if Putin had made up his mind.

China’s PHL-191 MLRS Shows How Airburst Munitions Could Transform Modern Battlefield Suppression

China has showcased what appears to be an airburst-capable munition fired from its PHL-191 long-range modular multiple launch rocket system during a live-fire exercise, highlighting a growing emphasis on suppressing dispersed battlefield targets rather than relying solely on point strikes. Footage released on July 19, 2026, by China Military Online and the Chinese Ministry of National Defense suggests the PLA is expanding its long-range fire-support options with effects designed to disrupt troops, air-defense sites, and lightly protected equipment across a wider area, reinforcing its ability to shape the battlefield before major combat operations begin.  Read Full Defense News At This Link.
