Is Canada's Top Bank Blacklisting Conservatives From Getting A Mortgage?

I live in Canada and this is beyond disturbing. And to top it all off I am also a long time Royal Bank customer. 

If this story is true, we in Canada are entering a very bleak and dark period of time.
