* North Korea tested a new tactical guided weapons system amid signs that the country will resume nuclear testing 

* South Korea's military said it detected two projectiles launched from North's east coast toward the sea on Saturday 

* The new system is reportedly 'significance in drastically improving the firepower of the frontline long-range artillery units' 

* The missile flew about 68 miles with an apogee of 25 kilometers and maximum speed of under Mach 4, which is roughly 3,070.mph 

* Kim Jong Un 'gave important instructions on further building up the defense capabilities and nuclear combat forces of the country' 

North Korea fired a new tactical guided weapons system over the weekend in another effort to boost its arsenal after testing a 'monster' nuclear missile last month. 

The report comes amid signs North Korea could soon resume nuclear testing, according to South Korean and U.S. officials, and after Kim Jong Un broke a self-imposed moratorium on intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) testing with a launch last month.

Four Eastern European Countries Expel Russian Diplomats

Copyright RAIGO PAJULA / AFP, FILE   RFE: Bulgaria Expels 10 Russian Diplomats, Baltics Follow Suit With Another 10 Expulsions   Bulgaria is expelling 10 Russian diplomats saying they were carrying out activities deemed incompatible with their diplomatic status, a move followed up quickly by the Baltic nations of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.  The Bulgarian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on March 18 that it had given the 10 diplomats 72 hours to leave. The statement did not give a more detailed reason for the expulsions, but since Russia launched its unprovoked invasion of Ukraine, the Russian ambassador in Sofia has repeatedly made contradictory statements about Bulgaria's position on the conflict.
