President Biden Refuses To Take Questions Because Reporters Want to Ask About Russia

* Biden told reporters he wouldn't take questions following remarks because 'you guys will ask me all about Russia' 

* A reporter did ask about chips – with raw materials hard to get from Afghanistan 

* Biden's administration is trying to avert a Russian invasion of Ukraine 

President Joe Biden on Friday touted Intel's announcement of a new semiconductor factory in the heartland to mitigate the supply chain crisis – then once again scolded reporters for asking off-topic questions.

Biden spoke about factory at the White House Friday, backed by Ohio Sens. Rob Portman and Sherrod Brown – a Republican and a Democrat, respectively. 

 'America invented these chips,' Biden said, noting that three-quarters of production has now moved to East Asia. He also noted how essential they are to modern cars – which make up a third of recent inflation increases.

Four Eastern European Countries Expel Russian Diplomats

Copyright RAIGO PAJULA / AFP, FILE   RFE: Bulgaria Expels 10 Russian Diplomats, Baltics Follow Suit With Another 10 Expulsions   Bulgaria is expelling 10 Russian diplomats saying they were carrying out activities deemed incompatible with their diplomatic status, a move followed up quickly by the Baltic nations of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.  The Bulgarian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on March 18 that it had given the 10 diplomats 72 hours to leave. The statement did not give a more detailed reason for the expulsions, but since Russia launched its unprovoked invasion of Ukraine, the Russian ambassador in Sofia has repeatedly made contradictory statements about Bulgaria's position on the conflict.
