* Biden touted the investment at the White House

* But production won't come online until the end of 2025

* Biden told reporters he wouldn't take questions following remarks because 'you guys will ask me all about Russia'

* A reporter did ask about chips – with raw materials hard to get from Afghanistan

* Biden's administration is trying to avert a Russian invasion of Ukraine

President Joe Biden on Friday touted Intel's announcement of a new semiconductor factory in the heartland to mitigate the supply chain crisis – then once again scolded reporters for asking off-topic questions.

Three devastating polls show Biden and Kamala's approval ratings have fallen to just 44%, half of Americans don't think he's mentally capable and only 48% of Dems want him to run again after first year in office (Daily Mail). You have to engage with the media and with the public if you want to make a difference.
