The signing ceremony, held at the 3rd Warsaw Air Defense Missile Brigade in Sochaczew, was attended by Prime Minister Donald Tusk, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, and other senior defense officials.
