The Type 23 frigate HMS St Albans of the Royal Navy completed its mid-life modernization program on November 29, 2024. Based at Devonport, the frigate underwent substantial technological upgrades and intensive crew training to ensure preparedness for peacekeeping missions, wartime operations, and humanitarian tasks.
