Russia’s Strategic Missile Force has conducted successful flight tests of the prospective RS-28 Sarmat silo-based intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), Strategic Missile Force Commander Colonel General Sergei Karakayev said at an enlarged meeting of its Military Council.
