Russian forces strike Ukrainian cities with missiles to destroy power stations

According to information released by the Ukrainian Army Press Services on November 25, 2022, Russia launched a deadly wave of missile strikes on energy infrastructure on Nov 23rd, 2022, causing power outages not only across Ukraine but also in Moldova. The attack came shortly after the European Parliament recognized Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism. Following the strike, Foreign Minister of Ukraine Kuleba called on the rest of the world to follow the EU's example and label Russia as a terrorist state.
