At the AUSA 2024 exhibition, BAE Systems presented a new variant of the Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (AMPV) equipped with the External Mission Equipment Package (ExMEP). The ExMEP, also known as the universal top plate, is a technology that provides a standardized integration point across all AMPV hull configurations, enabling compatibility with over 30 different turret systems.
